Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or are missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
