At MANORS, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the returns process as simple and hasslefree as possible. Please review our updated returns policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Returns Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing components will not be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the items do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide return shipping labels at this time.

4. How to Initiate a Return

2. Follow the instructions to generate your return authorisation.
3. Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.

5. Return Inspection and Processing
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return conditions.
Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 57 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exclusions and Limitations
Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted rate or during a promotional period are considered final sale and are nonreturnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fees are nonrefundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning goods to us within the 30day return period.

7. Risk of Loss or Damage
MANORS is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect your return.

8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when initiating your return through our Returns Portal.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

9. Manufacturing Defects or Errors
