Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage or have missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been submitted, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
