Returns Policy (November 2025)


1. Standard Returns Period


We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be received by us within this 30-day period.
(Standard conditions apply: unworn, unused, with original tags/labels and packaging.)


2. Christmas Purchase Extension


To ensure your customers have extra time for post-holiday flexibility, purchases made between 10th December and 25 December (inclusive) can be returned up to Wednesday 14 January 2026.
This means that if an item was bought on or before 25 December, the latest we’ll accept the return is 14 January.


3. Condition of Returned Items


All returned items must be in new, unworn and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage or missing components may be refused or subject to partial refund.


4. Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (for example, wrong item shipped). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect your return.

6. Return Inspection & Processing


We will inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return conditions. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will go back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.


7. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Final-sale items (purchased at a discount or during a promotional period) are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the UK within the applicable returns period (including the extended Christmas window if relevant).

8. Manufacturing Defects or Errors
