Shipping & Delivery Information

We’re committed to providing a smooth delivery experience for all our customers. Here’s what you need to know:

UK Orders

  • Next-Day Delivery: To qualify for next-day delivery, please place your order before 4 PM (GMT).
  • Weekend Dispatch: Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning.

Our logistics team processes orders as quickly as possible, but as a small business, we may not be as flexible as larger retailers. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email to monitor your delivery. If you haven’t received shipping details within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@manorsgolf.com.

International Orders

  • To simplify your shopping experience, we ship all international orders Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP). This means all applicable fees are included at checkout, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered. With Swap Package Protection, resolving these issues is simple and hassle-free. Once approved, replacement items are shipped at no extra cost.

How to File a Claim

To report an issue, click here to log your claim:

  • For packages marked "delivered," claims must be submitted between 3 to 30 days from the delivery date.
  • For packages presumed lost (not marked "delivered"), claims must be filed between 5 to 30 days from the last tracking update.
  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
