We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
For next day UK orders, please ensure it is placed before 4pm UK time.
We are unable to dispatch goods over the weekend, so any orders that are placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched Monday.
To simplify the experience for our international customers, we send all orders with Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP). This means all applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges are included at checkout, so you won’t have to cover any additional fees upon receiving your order. Please note that, with this service, there will be no need for additional payments upon delivery.
We have made a considered effort to reduce the impact our packaging has on the environment.

Our logistics team work hard to ensure any orders are processed quickly but as a small business we are less flexible than the Amazons of the world. Once an order is placed, packed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code via email to keep a watchful eye on your delivery. If you have received no shipping details 48 hours after you receive a confirmation email, please contact support@manorsgolf.com .
Due to the varied nature of global customs charges, when mailing internationally, we send all orders duties unpaid (DDU). Therefore, customers are responsible for covering any duties, taxes or customs that are applicable. If you received the goods and refuse to pay duties and taxes owed, we are not able to reimburse your order.

How to File a Claim
To report an issue, click here to log your claim:
- For packages marked "delivered," claims must be submitted between 3 to 30 days from the delivery date.
- For packages presumed lost (not marked "delivered"), claims must be filed between 5 to 30 days from the last tracking update.
- All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
