Shipping & Delivery
We work closely with our warehouse partners to ensure your order is dispatched quickly and delivered safely.
UK Shipping
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 7:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day when an economy delivery service is selected.
Orders placed after 7:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed before 1pm on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP).
This means all duties, taxes and import fees are included at checkout, so you will not be charged anything additional when your order arrives.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its delivery.
If your tracking has not updated or your order appears to be delayed, please contact our support team and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
